The quieter side of my photography: landscapes, plants, textures and small fragments that often become interesting only when you look a little closer. It is about colours, shapes, light and details that are easy to miss in passing — but can suddenly create their own presence within an image.
Quiet Moments, Small Discoveries
I look for subjects that do not need to be loud to stay in mind. A plant in the right light, a texture on a surface, colours in nature, water, shadows or a small part of a landscape can be just as expressive as a larger scene.
I am interested in how simple things become an image through light, composition, closeness and attention. Some photographs feel calm and natural, others more graphic, abstract or almost painterly. This contrast between nature, form and detail is what makes this series interesting to me.
