People
People, expression and atmosphere are at the centre of these images — in the studio, outdoors in the city, while travelling or in places that give an image a special mood. It is about looks, posture, movement, light, surroundings and the small moments that make an image feel alive.
People, Light and Stories
My people photography moves between planned shoots and spontaneous situations, between studio settings, urban locations, travel, available light, flash and unique lighting situations on location. Some images are calm and reduced, others lively, colourful, graphic or strongly connected to the place where they were taken.
I am interested in how a person interacts with their surroundings, the light and the mood of the moment. This can be a classic portrait, a lifestyle scene, a fashion-inspired image, an encounter on the road or a photograph that works more through atmosphere than through posing.
What matters to me is that the images feel natural, yet carefully composed. They should show closeness, reveal something of a person and leave room for light, shapes, movement, surroundings and small unexpected moments.
